The IDAH team offers consultations for research projects looking to implement digital humanities, grant proposal writing, classroom pedagogy, and advising on how to strucutre an online dissertation/dossier.
If your consult is related to exploring digital humanities in a research project, there is no minimum notice to schedule a consultation with us. Scroll down to book one.
If your consult is related to grant proposals or classroom pedagogy, we ask for advance notice since these consultations normally occur outside of our standard consultation hours:
- 4 weeks for grant proposals that do not require IDAH staff throughout the grant proposal
- 12 weeks for grant proposals that require IDAH to be a partner on the grant
- 8 weeks for a pedagogy consultation where IDAH is visiting your classroom

Attending your virtual consult in a public space can interfere with our ability to hear or understand your needs, which can limit the help we can provide. Please try to find a quiet space for your consult or reach out to us to reschedule.
If you need a consultation regarding website building, please note that we do not build websites without a material investment in the intellectual knowledge-building stages of the project that lead up to, and are included in, a public-facing website.
